We visited Ansley on a whim when we were in the area, and Marc was able to show us some trailers that day. I really liked one he showed us, but it was our first time actually out looking in-person with an intent to buy. So we looked at a couple more places (and called/emailed even more!) and even though Ansley was a distance from our home, I kept coming back to the appreciation I had for their “no prep fees” and that they were a family-owned business. When we decided to buy the Micro Minnie that we originally liked, Terry was able to make it happen that day so that we could camp in it for the July 4th weekend. The trailer was so clean when we drove out to get it, and Noah was wonderful at explaining everything about this particular model to 2 camper-newbies! My husband and I have always been tent campers, so it was a whole new experience for us to take this plunge. Noah assured us they would be happy to answer any questions that might come up in the days and weeks ahead as we ventured on. The payment process was a breeze, and everyone there was truly engaged in helping us along the journey with our purchase. We’re thankful everything went so smoothly, and I will recommend Ansley to anyone who asks!

We would like to thank you for the use of a travel trailer at our recent Christmas Tree sale. The sale was a great success. We have guys who remember hanging plastic and standing around a heater to keep warm. What a difference a trailer makes! It is very much appreciated! "I would not still be RVing if it weren’t for the support that I get from Ansley both at the service shop and on the road. My first RV was an ACE and it had many “issues” and several occurred while we were on the road (slide stuck out in Hilton Head and levelers wouldn’t retract at Great Sand Dunes National Park). In both cases, the service department talked me through the remedy so I could get on down the road. At home, the service department worked through all of these issues quickly and effectively. Without this support, I would have walked away from RVing but with Ansley’s support, I have moved up to a Newmar with confidence. The support I get from Ansley RV continues to impress."

Start to finish top notch! Mick listened to and addressed my needs - made the sale go easy! Then Matt and Joseph did a great job making the payment and title transfer process very easy - even though my out of state requirements made things non-standard. When I showed up to pick up the Trailer it was ready to Rock! Steve had the trailer clean as a whistle and ready to roll - good thing because a winter storm made it critical we were ready for our 15 hour trip from PA to FL. I appreciate the time he took to go over all features stem to stern! Finally the parts and service team made sure my truck and new trailer had what it needed to make our journey safe and comfortable. No doubt the blue tooth rear view camera is a critical system to assist driving in heavy big city traffic - to drive without it is driving blind - spend the extra $$ it is worth it.
